Según el comunicado emitido por la institución, ambos pacientes se encuentran fuera de peligro y en condición estable.

El ataque armado se produjo cuando la agrupación se presentaba en un evento público en Chorrillos, resultando heridos al menos cuatro personas. Entre los afectados están los hermanos Luis y Manuel Quiroga Querevalú, quienes permanecen internados en una clínica en Chorrillos.

El médico del hospital Almenara, Ricardo Villarán, declaró que tras evaluaciones los cirujanos han descartado la necesidad de una intervención quirúrgica de emergencia. Villarán añadió que uno de los pacientes tiene un órgano parcialmente comprometido, pero enfatizó que ambos siguen en condición fuera de peligro. Los heridos se encuentran en el área de Trauma‑Shock del hospital.
