Daniel Quintero, precandidato presidencial del Pacto Histórico, reaccionó a la decisión del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá que frenaría la consulta del 26 de octubre de esta colectividad.
«No vamos a dar ni un paso atrás»
Quintero reiteró que no van a ceder al interés de la derecha y aseguró que hoy mismo va interponer una accipon de nulidad para salvar la consulta y defender el dercho de los colombianos a elegir y ser elegidos.
El Tribunal Superior de Bogotá negó la tutela que Carolina Corcho y Gustavo Bolívar presentaron ante el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) por negar la inclusión de la Colombia Humana en la fusión del Pacto Histórico.
Con ese fallo no solo se deja en firme esa decisión, sino que además se frenaría la consulta para elegir al precandidato presidencial de esa colectividad de cara a las elecciones del 2026.
El Tribunal declaró improcedente la acción de tutela y negó el amparo de los derechos fundamentales a la participación política y la igualdad invocados por los solicitantes.
«Al no estimarse un quebranto de las garantías constitucionales invocadas y verificadas en esta oportunidad, se considera procedente negar la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la participación ciudadana, así como a elegir y ser elegido y a la igualdad, propuestos en la presente acción, de acuerdo con las razones expuestas», menciona el fallo.
