La entidad vigiladora de la operatividad de los juegos de suerte y azar en el país informó también que ya se ha solicitado el bloqueo de 437 perfiles utilizados por otras personas para este fin, dejando el caso de este personaje como un precedente.
El expediente será remitido a la Gerencia de Cobro Coactivo. Contra la decisión proceden los recursos de reposición y apelación, conforme a la Ley 1437 de 2011.

La Policía abrió una investigación interna luego de que circulara en redes sociales un video en el que aparece Yeferson Cossio manipulando un arma de dotación en un hotel de Quibdó, mientras varios uniformados se encontraban en el lugar.
Un video dejó en evidencia al influencer y quién aparece sosteniendo un fusil de la Policía y mientras hace movimientos eróticos en medio de una entrega de ayudas a daminificados por terremoto en Chocó.
Este hecho fue calificado como «Vulgar» y mientras la representante a la Cámara Claudia Romero Nader cuestionó públicamente lo ocurrido, «Las armas del personal de la fuerza pública no se prestan, no son juguetes y mucho menos pueden convertirse en parte de un espectáculo».
«¿Cómo es posible que, en medio de una emergencia en el Chocó, un arma de dotación de la Policía termine en manos de un civil?»
Romero Nader aseguró posteriormente que presentó una denuncia penal contra Cossio ante la Fiscalía General de la Nación y que puso el caso en conocimiento del Ministerio de Defensa, la Policía Nacional, la Procuraduría, la Defensoría del Pueblo y la Misión de Verificación de la ONU.
