El joven se entregó en compañía de su abogada, Marcela López, y quién manifestó que el joven nunca pretendió salir del país o viajar a Venezuela.
Por este hecho Juan Carlos Suárez Ortiz, el primer agresor de Moreno está capturado y este 12 de noviembre se reanudará la Audiencias de medida de aseguramiento, el joven se declaró inocente.
Según lo informó El Merediaco, González se entregó a la URI de Canapote y así para responder por una orden de captura vigente en su contra.
En las próximas horas será presentado ante un Juez de Control de Grantías para legalizar su captura.

El joven nunca cambio su apariencia física y está muy deprimido, pues de acuerdo a lo que dijo la abogada «él se enteró de lo que había pasado solo hasta el día siguiente».
