Gloria Patricia Perdomo Rangel, viceministra de Conectividad del Ministerio de las Tic, realiza una visita de trabajo en China, y tiene como objetivo profundizar el diálogo y la cooperación bilateral en materia de conectividad, transformación digital e innovación tecnológica.

En Pekín también se tiene agenda con autoridades del Ministerio de Industria y Tecnología Informática de China (MIIT, por sus siglas en inglés), Huawei, ZTE, Alibaba Cloud, FiberHome y iFLYTEK.
Se espera un intercambio de experiencias, políticas públicas, marcos regulatorios y mejores prácticas que puedan ser adaptadas al contexto colombiano, en coherencia con las prioridades nacionales de inclusión digital, equidad territorial e innovación.
La agenda contempla el análisis de esquemas de cooperación en formación avanzada, certificaciones, intercambio académico y programas de capacitación técnica, con el propósito de asegurar la sostenibilidad de los procesos de transformación digital y promover el desarrollo de talento humano especializado en el país.
