Nace primer Red Comunitaria de Internet en Guaviare.
Nació la primera Red Comunitaria de Internet, iniciativa MinTic en la vereda Colinas del corregimiento El Capricho y que se convierte en herramienta para fortalecer la reincorporación, las oportunidades y la autonomía local.
Esta red y que fue bautizada ‘Tejiendo Paz’, es operada y sostenida por sus propios habitantes con el apoyo del Ministerio TIC, la Unión Europea, la organización Coojapal y el acompañamiento técnico de Colnodo.

Gloria Patria Perdomo Rangel, viceministra de Conectividad, explicó que conectarse no es solo tener Internet, es abrir una puerta para estudiar, trabajar, emprender y mantener vivos los proyectos de vida.
‘Tejiendo Paz’ se convierte en un nuevo capítulo de ese proceso, integrando la conectividad a los nuevos sentidos sociales de este territorio.
Entre mayo y octubre de 2025, Colnodo acompañó la implementación de la red, a través de una metodología participativa que permitió que la comunidad liderara cada paso de la construcción del modelo y su apropiación.
El Ministerio TIC acompañó el proceso desde la primera visita, consolidando junto al grupo gestor la presentación del proyecto y los lineamientos para su sostenibilidad.
12 mujeres certificadas como gestores de la red:
Como resultado, 12 personas, en su mayoría mujeres, se certificaron como gestores de la red, encargadas de promover su funcionamiento, administración y sostenibilidad.
Adicionalmente, 10 líderes y lideresas TIC se formaron para dinamizar habilidades digitales desde el Centro de Tecnologías y comunicación comunitario, ampliando el impacto educativo y social de la iniciativa.
