La ESE Santiago de Tunja abrió un proceso licitatorio para adquirir equipamiento biomédico y habilitar salas de atención materna.
En este sentido, la gerente Lidia Cenaida Pérez Cisneros estructuró la subasta inversa electrónica SA-SI-GB-012-2026 en el Hospital Metropolitano. Asimismo, el proyecto cuenta con una partida presupuestal de 684.090.353 pesos para incorporar servicios obstétricos directos.
De esta manera, la red pública municipal busca atender partos de bajo riesgo y evitar los continuos traslados de gestantes. Por lo tanto, la iniciativa optimizará la respuesta institucional en la capital boyacense.
Dotación tecnológica y descongestión hospitalaria en la ESE Santiago
Por un lado, la falta histórica de áreas quirúrgicas obligaba a remitir la totalidad de los nacimientos al Hospital Universitario San Rafael de Tunja. Además, el pliego contempla 25 categorías de tecnología de última generación que fortalecerán las áreas de cirugía y obstetricia.
