La Alcaldía de Ipiales inició el proceso de entrega de incentivos a la calidad dirigidos a los artistas y artesanos que participarán en el Carnaval Multicolor de la Frontera 2025-2026.
Esta festividad, una de las más importantes del sur del país, reúne anualmente a creadores que mantienen vivo el patrimonio cultural y artístico de la región con sus propuestas tradicionales y contemporáneas.
La administración municipal confirmó que el trámite comenzará el lunes 8 de diciembre, día festivo, en las oficinas del Fondo Mixto de Cultura, ubicadas en el Edificio Zafiro, mientras que los desembolsos se efectuarán a partir del martes 9 de diciembre.
Requisitos
La directora de Cultura, Nayibe Guerrero, señaló que la entrega de recursos estará sujeta al avance de cada obra, según los informes entregados por los veedores oficiales. “Desde este martes 9 de diciembre estaremos haciendo el desembolso de los incentivos a aquellos artistas y artesanos que ya presenten un avance significativo en sus obras y conforme al informe entregado por los veedores”, indicó.
El porcentaje de desarrollo será determinante para definir los montos: avances entre 0% y 30% no tendrán desembolso y deberán ser revisados nuevamente; entre 31% y 60% recibirán el 50% del incentivo aprobado; y entre 61% y 100% se reconocerá la totalidad del monto asignado.
