Caso UNGRD: 1 de diciembre imputación de cargos a Velasco y Bonilla.
Luis Fernando Velasco, Ex ministro del Interior, y Ricardo Bomnilla, ex Ministro de Hacienda, del Gobierno de Gustavo Petro fueron citados el 1 de diciembre para la audiencia de Imputación de Cargos por el caso de la UNGRD así lo determinó el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá.
La cita será a las 9 de la mañana y la magistrada que estará al frente es la Magistrada, Aura Rosero Baquero, quién decidirá si envía o no a la cárcel a los ex Ministros.
el ente acusador les atribuye presunta responsabilidad en delitos de concierto para delinquir agravado, interés indebido en la celebración de contratos y cohecho.
«El equipo de fiscales delegados ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia que dirige la macroinvestigación por los hechos de corrupción en la UNGRD acaba de radicar, ante el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, solicitud de audiencias de imputación y de medida de aseguramiento contra los exministros»
Los hechos que vinculan a Bonilla se remontan a finales de 2023, cuando habría intentado direccionar al menos tres contratos públicos valorados en aproximadamente 92. 000 millones de pesos hacia seis congresistas.
Mientras que en el caso de Velasco las pruebas que se tiene «se basan en declaraciones de exdirectivos de la UNGRD».
«Un testimonio sostiene que Velasco habría dado instrucciones directas para redireccionar contratos».
Además habría participado en las reuniones realizadas en 2023, en el que estaban varios altos funcionarios y exdirectivos del Gobierno.

Velasco aparece mencionado en esta acusación, y es que según las declaraciones de Olmedo López en la Fiscalía él se refiere a en una reunión celebrada el 27 de noviembre de 2023.

Agregó en su declaración «es decir (Luis Fernando Velasco Cháves), había arrancando la oferta en 35.000”, y que iba ver “en cuánto logró negociar con ellos o qué, ah estamos negociando»
