La agrupación representará al país en festivales musicales de Austria y Países Bajos.
La Banda Sinfónica de Tibasosa se prepara para representar a Boyacá y a Colombia en dos de los escenarios musicales más importantes del mundo, luego de recibir un respaldo económico de 150 millones de pesos que permitirá hacer realidad su participación en festivales internacionales en Europa.
El anuncio fue realizado por el gobernador de Boyacá, Carlos Amaya, quien confirmó la entrega de 100 millones de pesos a través de la estrategia “Misión Alas”, iniciativa liderada junto a la gestora social Daniela Assis y orientada al fortalecimiento del talento joven y la proyección internacional de artistas y procesos culturales del departamento.
Gracias a este apoyo, 55 integrantes de la agrupación viajarán al continente europeo para participar inicialmente en el “World Orchestra Festival”, que se desarrollará en Austria entre el 16 y el 18 de julio.
Posteriormente, la banda estará presente en el “World Music Contest”, uno de los certámenes musicales más reconocidos a nivel internacional, programado en Países Bajos entre el 24 de julio y el 2 de agosto.
“Les deseamos un buen viaje y que el talento boyacense siga llegando a todos los rincones del mundo”, expresó el mandatario departamental al destacar el logro alcanzado por la agrupación tibasoseña.
La Gobernación de Boyacá informó además que al aporte principal se sumaron otros 50 millones de pesos gracias al respaldo de la Lotería de Boyacá, la Licorera de Boyacá y el Ideboy, consolidando así los recursos necesarios para financiar parte de la participación internacional de los músicos.
Desde la Alcaldía de Tibasosa celebraron el anuncio y resaltaron el impacto cultural y social que representa esta oportunidad para el municipio y para los jóvenes artistas que integran el proceso musical.
“Son niños, jóvenes y adultos tibasoseños quienes están a puertas de mostrar todo el talento del Jardín de Boyacá ante el mundo”, señaló la administración municipal.
