“Alias El brujo también cumplía un rol clave en el reclutamiento ilícito trasladando jóvenes desde la ciudad de Pasto hasta campamentos de entrenamiento en el municipio de Policarpa, donde eran adoctrinados y luego introducidos en las milicias de este grupo armado”, explicó el comandante de la Policía en Nariño.
