La canción —una reinterpretación radical del clásico de Mon Laferte— estará disponible el 4 de junio, en el marco de su participación como showcase oficial en Circulart 2026 (Medellín, 4–7 de junio). Como parte de esta gira, la artista también se presentará en vivo el 10 de junio en el Teatro del Embuste de Bogotá, junto al cantautor bogotano Lucas Hill.
LZZ es una artista multidisciplinaria con formación en artes visuales y actuación. Sus tres álbumes de estudio (La Zorra Zapata, Acantilados y Quema o ilumina) han sido aclamados por la crítica especializada. Con una destacada trayectoria en escenarios peruanos, también ha realizado giras por Ecuador, México y completó 19 fechas en Estados Unidos en 2024.
En los últimos años, La Zorra Zapata ha consolidado una presencia creciente en el circuito internacional: fue telonera de Mitski durante su reciente gira por México, abrió shows para Clap Your Hands Say Yeah y Ximena Sariñana en Estados Unidos, y participó como showcase oficial en BIME 2025. Además, fue beneficiaria del Fondo del Ministerio de Cultura del Perú para proyectos internacionales.
Lejos de ser una versión convencional, «Amor Completo» transforma por completo la estructura armónica y rítmica de la canción original, llevándola hacia un universo más atmosférico, vulnerable e impredecible, sin perder la esencia visceral del tema original. La producción estuvo a cargo de Mauro Samaniego, colaborador frecuente de la artista, con quien ya había trabajado en canciones como «Acantilados» y «Lluvia y Nieve».
I Love You Baby será el primer lanzamiento de larga duración de La Zorra Zapata junto a COSMICA, y marca una nueva etapa artística donde el homenaje, la reinterpretación radical y la exploración emocional toman el centro de su propuesta.
