Entre ellos se encuentra el fortalecimiento de la atención humanizada, el seguimiento permanente a los tiempos de espera y a la asignación de turnos, así como la optimización de los procesos internos relacionados con pendientes y atención preferencial.
Además, las entidades acordaron revisar las condiciones físicas de los espacios destinados para la atención de usuarios, con el fin de garantizar mayor comodidad y mejores condiciones para las personas que diariamente acuden a reclamar medicamentos o realizar trámites médicos.
