9 muertos tras explosión de Mina de Carbón en Sutatausa
Una explosión en la mina Carbonera Los Pinos, ubicada en Sutatausa, Cundinamarca, dejó un saldo trágico con la muerte de 9 de los 15 trabajadores que se encontraban en el lugar.
El accidente ocurrió la tarde del 4 de mayo y solo 6 mineros lograron sobrevivir.
El gobernador de Cundinamarca, Jorge Emilio Rey, confirmó el hallazgo de los cuerpos sin vida de los mineros y expresó condolencias a las familias afectadas.
«Los mineros rescatados están recibiendo atención en el Hospital Regional de Ubaté»
La profundidad en la que trabajaban los mineros era de aproximadamente 600 metros. Unidades de la Cruz Roja están en la zona brindando apoyo psicosocial a las familias de las víctimas, mientras continúan las labores de atención.
Según el сapitán, Alvaro Farfán, la explosión dentro de la mina afectó a un total de 15 trabajadores, seis de los cuales fueron rescatados con vida y trasladados al Hospital Regional de Ubaté, donde donde reciben atención médica.

También uno de los trabajadores contó ue bajó con el equipo de rescate y encontró los cuerpos tirados
Según las autoridades investigan que fue lo que sucedio y la principal hipotésis es que este accidente obedeció a una acumulación de gases en el interior de la mina.
La Agencia Nacional de Minería había visitado la mina el pasado 9 de abril y emitió recomendaciones para mejorar la seguridad, incluyendo la inertización y hermetización de ciertas áreas.
