En cuanto a los recursos, Porras aseguró que existen cerca de 50.000 millones de pesos en rendimientos financieros destinados desde 2024 para la intervención de algunos tramos. Sin embargo, denunció que los proyectos siguen en fase de estudios y diseños, sin avances visibles en el terreno. “Hace un año se hablaba de iniciar obras, pero aún no hay aprobaciones ni ejecución”, sostuvo.
