Según la candidata, entre 2023 y 2026 la entidad habría destinado $72.450 millones a gastos de publicidad, lo que representa un incremento del 836% frente a los $7.741 millones ejecutados entre 2020 y 2022.

Valencia aseguró que entre 2023 y 2025 Colpensiones firmó dos contratos directos con RTVC para gestión de medios y publicidad, con objetos similares y que, tras adiciones presupuestales, habrían terminado costando más del doble del valor inicial.

Valencia pidió a la Contraloría y Procuraduría revisar la idoneidad de RTVC
Según la denuncia, «el entonces vicepresidente de Riesgos habría advertido por correo electrónico sobre presuntas alertas de la Procuraduría frente a los riesgos de realizar adiciones reiteradas en lugar de abrir un nuevo proceso contractual».
“¿Será cierto que esa alerta le costó el puesto?”, preguntó la candidata.
La candidata se respondió y explicó que entre 2020 y 2022 Colpensiones ejecutó un contrato que inició en $5.000 millones y ascendió a $7.741 millones, tras un proceso de selección abierto a una unión temporal de empresas privadas.
Valencia pidió a la Contraloría General de la República y a la Procuraduría General de la Nación revisar la idoneidad de RTVC para gestionar pauta más allá de los medios públicos y examinar la legalidad de estos contratos.
