Bogotá, 12 de diciembre de 2025 — Tras la aprobación de las renuncias de dos concejales que ahora compiten por un escaño en el Congreso de la República, el Concejo de Bogotá oficializó la posesión de sus reemplazos, completando así el período corporativo 2024-2027.
Este viernes, el cabildo distrital dio posesión a Tata Hernández, del Centro Democrático, y a Elkin Huertas, del Nuevo Liberalismo, quienes asumirán las curules dejadas vacantes por Daniel Briceño y Juan Baena, respectivamente.

Hernández, exedil de la localidad de Chapinero, fue designada como concejala en reemplazo de Daniel Briceño, quien renunció para aspirar a una curul en la Cámara de Representantes.
