El Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (MinTIC) organizó enPasto la primera Hackatón Reto CiberPaz 2025, donde 144 jóvenes, emprendedores y entusiastas de la tecnología desarrollaron soluciones con impacto social, ambiental y cultural.
La jornada comenzó con una sesión de formación sobre transformación tecnológica, apropiación TIC y ciudadanía digital. Luego, los organizadores presentaron el reto y dirigieron mentorías especializadas que fortalecieron las propuestas de los equipos.
En la tarde, los participantes trabajaron en sesiones colaborativas e hicieron sus presentaciones ante el jurado, que resaltó la creatividad, pertinencia y viabilidad de los proyectos.
Los 32 equipos participantes compiten por premios tecnológicos valorados en más de 4 millones de pesos. Durante el evento, los jóvenes propusieron artefactos, dispositivos y aplicaciones orientados a sensibilizar a niños y personas mayores sobre el uso seguro de la tecnología en su vida diaria.
“Como actores directos del desarrollo de productos de software, y como profesionales, debemos optimizar nuestro trabajo y los algoritmos para usarlos de forma responsable”, expresó David Lazo, uno de los participantes.
Además del componente tecnológico, la hackatón integró actividades culturales, con presentaciones artísticas que llenaron de música y color el Parque Bolívar, entre ellas del grupo MITÚ y otras agrupaciones locales.
Las hackatones se harán en 7 ciudades del país a lo largo del año. El reto hace parte del programa CiberPaz, del Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (MinTIC), que busca que los colombianos apropien las tecnologías y ejerzan con seguridad y libertad sus derechos digitales.
