Este domingo 26 de octubre de 2025 se realizará la consulta partidista del Pacto Histórico, en la que los colombianos podrán participar para elegir al precandidato presidencial y definir el orden de las listas al Congreso (Senado y Cámara) de cara a las elecciones de 2026.
La jornada, avalada por la Resolución 7958 de 2025 del Consejo Nacional Electoral, está abierta a todos los ciudadanos del censo electoral (unos 39 millones de personas), sin necesidad de pertenecer al Pacto Histórico. Habrá más de 20.000 mesas habilitadas en todo el país, aunque no se instalarán puestos de votación en el exterior; en su lugar, los colombianos residentes fuera del país podrán votar a través de una plataforma virtual del movimiento.
Candidatos presidenciales
En el tarjetón aparecen Carolina Corcho, Iván Cepeda y Daniel Quintero. Sin embargo, solo Corcho y Cepeda participarán efectivamente, pues Quintero se retiró alegando falta de garantías del CNE, aunque su nombre permanece en la tarjeta porque los tarjetones ya estaban impresos.
Cómo votar
Los ciudadanos deben:
Consultar su lugar de votación en la web de la Registraduría Nacional.
Votar en el puesto donde tienen registrada su cédula.
Pedir expresamente el tarjetón del Pacto Histórico al llegar a la mesa.
Qué se elige
Los votantes recibirán tres tarjetones:
Precandidato presidencial: entre Corcho, Cepeda y Quintero (aunque este último se retiró).
Lista cerrada al Senado: la votación define el orden interno de los 145 aspirantes; la cabeza de lista será María José Pizarro.
Listas a la Cámara de Representantes: el voto definirá el orden de las listas en cada departamento.
Validez y efectos
Los resultados serán jurídicamente obligatorios, según la Ley 1437 de 2011. El ganador entre Corcho y Cepeda será el precandidato presidencial oficial del Pacto Histórico, y el perdedor no podrá postularse por otro partido.
No se entregará certificado electoral, ya que este solo aplica para elecciones generales.
